Just received my new body last night. Awesome camera but of to shoot a vball tourney in an hour and a bit time challenged. Anyone recommend an case setting for indoor vball?

Thanks.

Sorry if I was a bit obtuse.

This is specific to the 5d3. The AF system has programmed "cases" built around the AF system that allow you to quick set the tracking for specific types of action. But they don't give you any reference list. So looking for guidance there.

I plan on shooting the 70-200 2.8 is at 1/640, f/4, and let the auto ISO run. See what this baby can do!

I would recommend case #2.

Here is a pdf from Canon regarding the points. (it's the same AF as the 1DX)

I think I tried setting 4 as well and had decent look. YMMV

Yeah its the same one, but they did take out the features not available on the 5D3, so its a bit different.

Thanks for the responses. I had guessed two, but happy for the other suggestions. It's not a critical shoot, i will give them all a whirl.
