Vacation Photos (california) <lots of pics- 56k beware>

Hope Everyone had a great new years. Its been almost a week since I got back but I've been so busy catching up on work (not to mention getting used to actually working again ) that I didnt have time to post my photos. Anywho, here're some of them.

Here's the flight. Basically, I took off in 25 degree weather and landed in 70 degree weather. yay!

Tried going to Laguna beach, but it suddenly turned cloudy and crappy. Oh well.


I thought I'd do the tourist thing and go to hollywood. It was very disappointing. kind of like times square, only smaller and no tall buildings. oh, and the palm trees.

Tried the beach again. This time, it was newport beach. Luckily it was sunny. Sorry some of the photos suck. The sun just made some of the beach shots horrible to shoot.

And then went to the san diego zoo.

Ok, I did! I personally thought the line was a little too long just to see a baby panda playing with its feet but whatever.

Anyway, some other stuff happened and then it was time to go home. It started to rain as my plane pulled out onto the runway. Good timing.
