I'm designing an asukabook, and I want to leave the same amount of empty space above, below, and to one side of an image on a page, accurately and consistently. Does anyone know how to do that?

Maybe that's what the Asukabook templates have! I'll go google how to use them, thanks Scottes! You can also take a look at Grid, too. That may be a little rougher for placement, but easier/faster to use. You can take my 100-400 L away when you pry it from my cold, dead fingers.

You can do some things with the align and distribute tools (which I just found today), but not quite enough. So create some red 1-inch square images. With Snap on, or Align, snap a red square next to one image, then your second image snaps to the red square, then you delete the red square. Very fast 1-inch spacing. You can take my 100-400 L away when you pry it from my cold, dead fingers.
