Wow, I would love to get in there for a rummage. Looks like enough stuff to start a museum.

Incidentally the glass octopus looks like a mercury rectifier, they used to use them a lot in old cinemas, worth a fair bit as scrap because they have about 1/2 kilo of mercury in the bottom.
