Took a few shots of these Breakfast Tacos my brother made.

I'm looking specifically for C&C regarding lighting, but all C&C welcome.

Background - unfortunately, my brother does a lot of his cooking 'experiments' later in the night so my lighting is typically kitchen lighting + 1 speedlight.

For this shot, I used the speedlight with a mini-softbox above and to the right of the plate with two white boards on the opposite to soften the shadows. Here are my three main 'keepers.'

I know you said comment on lighting but to improve two and three put the plate on a white table cloth it will make the shots less distracting. The lighting is good considering the shooting conditions

I don't like the light reflections on the sauce.

Thanks. Neither do I. I was having trouble avoiding that since the flash was my main light source.
