The last one is great... nice work on that one. And while the others really show off the DOF control you have with that lens, I personally would have let used a little more DOF on these, having the "S" out of focus, but just not so agressively so ... the again I could be wrong too. Either way he is a cute kid and these are nice captures. Now just don't blink because before you know it, he will be getting ready for college. Cheers.

Great shots! And I have to agree, the last one is out of this world. Nice work.

And I'm glad to see Superman is still popular with kids...

Thanks for commenting guys. #5 is going to be framed. FOR SURE.

Sam, yes this lens is the ultimate portrait lens. Kim Possible! Right on, I love her and so does "superman". I can relate more to Ron however.

White balance is a bit off, but so am I. Thanks for noting this.

DOF is shallow, yes because I am messing around with this "black hole".

"Black Hole" is right. Were you focusing on the third eyelash from the left? :)
#5 is cool.

Terrific shots! I grew up with a Superman fanatic - my brother! My parents had this disc machine (forgive me as I have NO idea what it's called) that took these plastic discs and one of the movies we had was Superman!

I digress - great shots! And as said several times previously, #5 is superb!!
