Very nice, especially like that second portrait, very well done. I'm glad I don't shoot for money, I'd never know what to pick from the wide selection you seemed to have for this project. (I always agonize about which shots to choose, even while just posting on flickr or Facebook.)
Ah, shame I didn't see this until today. Did you find out about anything interesting? Frankly, what I'd have been the most curious about is whether they're reworking the 56mm along the same mold they have so far for the 18 (kinda of a rework) and the 23/33. Also wondering about the 60 macro along the same lines. If you get another chance to ask and you remember!
Thanks very much, yes I'm also at odds at times wondering what to supply so I normally delete the ones that really don't work and deliver all the other ones with just a basic colour grade applied, they the clients can choose which and how many they want, I charge a set fee plus a free for each image in the final pick. Thet way I'm not spending a load of time editing and retouching images, while getting paid for the ones I do. Working out good so far.
I'm under NDA so can't talk about anything new but after spending the day going through the next 10 months of things coming people should be very happy but also poorer
I think most of the lenses are getting upgraded to WR, better resolution and a new AF system, similar to the 23mm etc...
If I hadn't just pulled the trigger on a Sigma 150-600mm, would have been super zoom when?
A lighter, smaller version of a 150-600 with Fuji optics and class leading OIS would be a really sweet lens for birders for sure. 900mm is a good amount of reach.

The Swans are nesting the last few weeks, looking forward to some new cygnets mid May, hopefully...

it’ll be an interesting summer if you are in the market for a new camera. What I played with today is very interesting.
