I braved the thick snow and gusting winds this morning - I couldn't capture what I went out to photograph as the wind was so brutal that I could only just stand up against it, let alone set up my camera. Nonetheless, happy with my results:

I have an X100 that I love and just repurchased an X10 really cheap again (I sold one a while back and then regretted it)

This is my first test shot, great little camera for macro

The main reason for getting it is just for that little bit of zoom, I plan to take my X100 and X10 overseas as a travel kit, hoping they will be enough, love the canons but so heavy

Got an awesome shot of a gopher tortoise in his hole. I am really digging the Fuji system.

It was a birding forum or maybe stevedigicams from way back. You have lot of nice birds shots on your flickr page. Quick google showed aladyforty on FM and the next message was from hawkman (Gene from Ohio). Any way, maybe I am confusing with some one else. Take care.

QUOTED IMAGE

Yes, the humble X10 is a pretty great little camera and sounds like a perfect companion to the X100 as a very compact (not to mention stylish) travel combination. More capability per ounce.

C&C always welcomed...
On my images, of course, and on my words as well--as long as it's constructive :).

Ive got the 35mm f1.4 and the 90mm f2 and now considering a UWA.

I don't shoot wide stuff very often so I cant justify the costs of the 23 1.4 or 16 1.4, does anyone have the 18 f2? Is it as awful as the reviews seem to suggest? i/e very soft corner, CA issues and distortion?
