I did a full reset of the camera and that seems to have taken care of the issue for the moment. Nice that this did not require a repair but I still wonder why the viewfinder froze. Hope it does not happen again.

Just picked up a 14mm. Is it's AF a bit noisy for anyone else (like a 50mm 1.8 basically)?
other than that it's rock solid and feels/looks amazing. I love the clutch. I love the way fuji builds their lenses...

I also picked up a kit on FM for cheap with a XP1, leather case, grip, flash, 18-55, 55-200, 35, and 60. I basically got it so I could compare the XP1 to my XE1 and because I wanted the 55-200. I'll sell the rest. The 55-200 is amazing. IS works very well. It's pretty darn sharp in low light at my desk at MFD!

Yeap I noticed the older lenses like 14mm and 35mm are noisy. The new lenses are pretty silent and yes that 55-200mm is pretty amazing :D

^agree, it is a little noisy like the 35mm but it is a fantastic lens!
14mm, 35mm and 55-200 were my lens on the X-Pro1 and it will cover most of your needs, 60mm if you need macro and the 56mm for portraits.
traded all my X-Pro1 stuff though for an M9, but the X100s, every time I think of selling it, I start using it then once I'm picking my best pictures it turns out most of them are taken with the X100s.

Let me know when you're ready to let go of the XP1! :)

My 14 is a little noisy but nothing like my 35. I love the 14.
