Found out that the mirror of my Aviator glasses trips the sensor and does not allow the EVF to turn on when I bring the XT-2 up to my face for a shot.
It took me awhile to figure out WTF was going on.

The sensor is pretty sensitive, if I wave my thumb in front of it while showing a client a picture it shuts off my lcd instantly.

Sacrificing fashion for photography. Oh, how we suffer for our craft. ;-)a

One of these was edited in camera and the other was done in LR... I honestly can't remember which was which... I wanna say the color one is from camera. Either way, Fuji's in camera RAW processor is the bee's knee's.

Kitten was enjoying playing with the fallen leaves today, until a dog came charging up on him. Luckily cats can sprint at 30mph and climb trees very well so he escaped harm.

You meet the strangest people at parties.
I also met Max [who I've known for about 28 years] who entertained the room, as usual, on the piano with only a slight cajoling from the host.

I've been getting lazy picking out pics from the LCD screen, converting to JPG in-camera, and using Fuji's photo transfer to send copies to my phone. Sometimes I leave them as-is, other times I might pull them into Lightroom Mobile, also on my phone, for a quick edit. I haven't processed anything on the computer in quite a while.

New here, stumbled on this forum while researching Fuji, got a used X-T1 and adapted my vintage lenses to it... Immediately fell in love with it and now I want to sell off the rest of my Canon gear. Once I do there is an X-T2 in my future...

Enjoy, if you will like the X-T1 then you will love the X-T2.

Thanks! The experience of shooting is so different coming from Canon... It feels more interactive... Now I just have to sell the rest of my gear and then no looking back!
