That Motorola was my favourite phone, so skinny. Also I realise just how many typos are in that post

Some more from Dublin on a usual rainy day out.

More old work stuff. A shot we did a few years ago for the promo work for a band. This is one of five. Kinda disturbing but worked when all five are in the same place.

with my job, I went from a Motorola Razr, to a blackberry, to a Windows phone (Nokia), to an Android phone (Samsung), and now currently have an iPhone.

I liked the actual keyboard on the blackberry. Mine was the real old school one that had essentially a little trackball in the center to navigate.

I loved Cortana from the Windows phone. She seemed better than Siri and Google.

I loved my Samsung S7 Edge... although finding a case and screen protection for a curved screen was a nightmare.

iPhone... it is what it is. My wife has an iPhone so that makes it easier to facetime with the kids if I'm away. I guess their app store is a lot more secure and closely monitored than the Google app store.

Obviously I'm biased... but I find it so easy to take nice pictures of her :)

I was just playing around with the lens. Ever since getting the 7artisans 25mm the Rokinon 21mm hasn't gotten much use (even though it's an objectively better lens).

Nice stuff, although not all of that's to do with the lens, of course!

I've just pooled my birthday money together for a second-hand 35mm f/2 'Fujicron'. I had been looking at the 7artisans but since I had a bit of extra cash and I saw a near-new one going for a good price, I decided to go for that. See how I get on with the 50mm focal length on the X-Pro at last ...

I think any of them with a floating element will 'do the clunk'

SOOC raws into Capture One, a little boost on the shadows is all - I love working in the studio were all the technical details can be worked out and the subject lit well. All you have to do is communicate and click. Can't wait to edit these up.

300% crop, I guess you could say that 56/1.2 is pretty darn good then...
Half body distance and f/4 gives the hair and nose just out of focus. #BOOM

Not quintuplets, photoshop. We did five different shots and each band member got one shot with their face being the only one used. They made good sense in the finished product.
