I love this Machine Gray paint... you can't really tell how filthy it is even in photos!

Any indication on the release date for the X-T30? I think I have seen March 20 for US, but expect it might be later for Europe (or at least for Denmark) as the pre-order offer is valid until March 31 here?
B.r. Klaus

Got notification today that my X-T30 will be available tomorrow :-)

My 35mm f/2 arrived today. Sadly I've been at work all day so my limited playing around shots are really not worth sharing, and definitely not worth occupying forum server space with, but yay!

Been eyeing the 10-24 for some upcoming interior projects.

Ken what are your thoughts on it?

It's super, but can give too much stretch in the corners, for my taste. Unfortunately I've used the 8-16/2.8 & don't think I could use the 10-24 for interiors without seeing the stretch so much so I sold my copy. The 10-24 is a good lens all the same is you want wide as is the samyang 12/2.8, I do find both can be a little wobbly at times. The 14mm is a nice balance of depth and width also and a much overlooked lens but not as versatile as the 10-24.
Last interiors I shot was with the 12/2 and 35/1.4

Getting my grubby little hands on both of the MK lenses tomorrow, if anyone has a Q about them feel free to ask (other than 'why do they cost too much' that is).

The kids taking a break to check the footage, they were making slo-mo vids with their iPad

FedEx brought me happiness today from B&H: the FX 35 f/1.4!! I've wanted the opportunity to use this lens for years, and these first test shots do not disappoint!

One more of the Miata ;)

Unpopular opinion here... but so far (and it's still way too early to call) I prefer the 60mm over the 56/1.2...

So now this is in the correct thread...

So the MK lenses are unbelievably sharp & so smooth to operate, why do I do this to myself...

Such a nice & large lens, both are the same size and about the same weight, very handy that.

A lot of top class musicians live in or near the town I now call home, sometimes walking down the local pub will bring you a great surprise treat of one of them randomly playing a solo gig
