Hi guys, I'm new to the forum - I've had my 20D since last May and have enjoyed the camera, but now I'm thinking of upgrading to the 5D... Anyone else made the change or is thinking of doing so?

Bigger file size would be good for me as I use the camera for work purposes as well and could do with it - so for me it really would be an upgrade... www.monkeypix.co.uk

I wanted it as I do a lot of landscapes. Its an excellent camera give great results with little noise, and operates just as your 20D. I kept hold of my 20D as it goes great with the 100-400 for wildlife. Geoff Hocking

Just waiting to see if I can get someone to take my 20D first and then buy the 5D and another L Lens to go with my 70-200 L lens... www.monkeypix.co.uk

Ron Perhaps. But the 1D Mk II is 8.5 fps, and that is my primary interest for sports shooting. The weather sealing would be nice for rainy nights when I'm standing on the sidelines at the football field.
