Got up at 230am this last Saturday just to be able to make it to Yosemite and capture this amazing scene that mother nature presented me with :)

Beautiful, but cold looking. I think Tunnel View is one of the most spectacular sights in the world. They should pass a law that would prohibit airliners from flying over any national park.

Thanks! It was a chilly 36 degrees when we got there and the ground was covered with slippery ice that I do admit I slipped on  LOL.

I agree! You can almost always see at least one plane or contrail in the sky during the day. It's quite annoying.

That's dedication to get the shot, and it paid off.

You may have slipped but you clearly didn't damage the camera. Great shot. I love it.

Very beautiful shot. This is the kind of light and clouds that make those dreamy shots every photographer dreams of (or should if you shoot landscape!).

Exposure blend? Let me know. Keep up the great work.

Thanks! Yes I did use two exposures, one for the valley and one for the sky, and I merged them in CS6. ;)
