Anybody wondering if you need a long lens at Lock & Dam #14 I'm here to say, no, you don't need a long lens. These were with a Sig 70-200mm...

Wow, can't believe tat these were shot with a 70-200! I had a 500f4 plus 2x and most of the actions at Conowingo dam was still too far away! Great shots!

Great shots Ed. I was using my 70-200 2.8 MKII and was very disappointed with my shots on a 5DMKIII. So to solve that problem I just acquired a 400 5.6 for the third time. Can't wait to get back out there.

I was going to just go with my 100-400. Maybe I should have my 70-200 with just in case the lighting is bad.
