Which one should I buy ?
THe s110 costs a quite more so is it good enough to justify the price ?

I'm buying this mostly for the good low light Image Quality & manual controls. (I saw in reviews)
I don't need the Wi fi/Touchscreen of the S110 & I don't really care about video.

The S100 is not an option, because it is not available here anymore.

Thanks.

The s110 has slightly better noise performance, and slightly more zoom on the lens.

I'd buy the s110 now, as the s95 may prove problematic to purchase accessories/replacement parts for in the future as it is already several years old in a market where products get replaced fast.

I think it comes down to the best deal ($$$) you can find. I love the Canon S series. The S90/S95 is the historic ground breaker....pocket-able, full featured camera. The S100 changed many things (sensor, processor, lens) and is a classy cam. The S110 introduced touch screen but not much else

Keep in mind the focal lengths are different .
S95: 28-105mm
S100 and S110: 24-120mm

In my opinion, the best bang-for-the-buck of the three S's is the S100.
It has a wider lens, a larger zoom, a CMOS sensor and improved handling
compared to the S95. The difference between the S100 and S110 is negligible.

I am a newbie when it comes to focal lengths. This will be my first advanced P&S. I get it that at 24-120mm, I will get wider view angle & some more zoom.
But how bad is 28-105mm ? Is it a good enough reason to favor S110 over S95 ?

As Sirrith said about replacement parts for in the future for S95, This is important before I buy one.

The price difference between the S100 and S110 is negligible as well here + the S100 is not available here so it is out of my options.

Thanks for your posts everyone.

You say that the S110 costs quite a bit more where you are and that the S100 is not available. Given this information, I suggest you get the S95, which, in my opinion, will more than meet your needs and provide you lots of room to grow.

I have the S100... I didn't know about the ISO and zoom changes. The S95 will still be better than all the other $300 point and shoots out there. You still get the function ring, manual controls, RAW and great IQ... Save your money for gas and go find something worth shooting.
