Should bag advice

Looking for a should bag for upcoming vacations. Will take my Canon 7D + 17-55 + 70-300L and my NEX6 + Zeiss 24mm. I have a very nice KATA backpack (slingbag 3N1-22) but while this is fine for the body and storage of lenses, the extra lenses and stuff are not always that easily accessible like in a shoulder bag.

Any advice?
