Re-chipped Lens

Hi, could anyone tell me if a lens has been re-chipped and it works on a D60 and 1D Mk11 will it work on a 350D.

At a guess I would say anything made by Sigma.

It should work ok with the 350 if it works on the D60 and 1D

it *should* be fine once it has been modified to work with digital bodies

many people here have experienced problems with "err99" being displayed on their camera's display - for some reason older Sigmas aren't compatible with the digital bodies and do the err99 thing when stopped down.
