Just curious if there were any howto's on the web anywhere on cutting mattes and framing photos. Honestly, I've never tried it before at all.

However, you can do a lot with a straight edge and a simple hand held cutter that takes a replaceable blade and is designed to cut at a 45 degree angle (for a bevel cut). Bob
