All I can say is to be careful. Do some research if possible on the agencies. I have heard some horror stories about them. One example is that they will tell you she needs a portfolio and they will try to send you to a photogher and charge you a lot of money for it. I don't know if this is true, but that is the rumor I have heard. Facebook
