I've posted another photo of the area showing a wider view, the first one only shows the section of dam from the forebay to the power house the main dam is quite long as can be seen under the bridge in this one.

I lived for two years in Nebraska. That was cold and I had a chance to live through the brown slush and frozen toes. I am a born and raised Southerner (Florida) and now live in Southern California. Winter and snow still has a magical quality to it. Julio
