Nice shots. The only time i see these during the day they are dead on the side of the road.

Nice shots. Here in my stomping grounds we had two foot of snow on the ground and a couple of days ago I saw a very young one under the bird feeders at noon. When the conditions are that tough they often throw caution to the wind in their search for food and will be seen at times and places that are not the norm for them.

I've seen a few Opossums in my day. He's the best lookin of the lot. Usually there a mess.

1. Beautiful, crisp shot, Shawn. And CMOats, I never saw one when I lived in Ontario either but apparently they are starting to colonize; I've heard several reports of them in the Uxbridge area.
