honestly the manual hints at this and that it could be set to 4 sec or 6 sec but for the life of me i can't find ther page where it says how to do it.
any insight greatly appreciated.
trying SEARCH here in the meantime.

Use Mirror lockup and self timer option together, 2 second delay between mirror and shutter also helps reduce vibrations! I bought a remote then realised this option existed...D'OH! http://natureimmortal.blogspot.com
