Very nice pic, shows exactly how much stuff a rally car can throw around.

Last year, an almost fist sized rock flew between my lens and arm and struck me just below the collar bone... ouch. Nothing was broken, but I had a huge ugly bruise for weeks. And I don't want to think what might have happened, if the rock had hit me on the head.

Had the same thing happen to me a few years back. rock didn't get me but did get the 30D that I had back then. Put a nice big scruff on the rear LCD, luckily it didn't get the 70-200.

I expected you to say if it hit your camera... I guess hitting your head would be bad too, lol

Camera or lens getting hit was just way too scary to even think about
