I am considering a girl scout father daughter dance and am a bit worried about not having enough time to photograph everyone in the allotted time.
We are looking at approximately 250 couples in 3.5 hours. I will be using one camera and two epson 837 printers spooled together. I will shoot tethered to a laptop and use lightroom watched folder for printing. I also have an eye-fi card that I could use, but I don't completely trust it to run smoothly. It has worked great for much smaller events with more time, but this will be under much tighter time restrictions.
I would be interested to hear how people do events like this and if there are steps to speed things up.
