The news had a tech story that basically said external hard drives are expected to drop by 1/3 before summer. It might be time to start watching - 1tb drives under $50 and maybe even under $40 sounds very, very nice.

Not enough info . I have a couple of firewire cases I could pop drive in but just to many different types to chance it .
I am on a mac and no slots M T for usb 3
