My second attempt at portraits...any CC would be helpful. I have added a bit of sharpening, played with exposure and a little vibrance. Some small healing but have not used any skin softening. I want these "natural".

I think his eyes are too dark. Number 2 and 4 his hair has all but covered his right eye. The reflections in the glass in 2 are a bit distracting as well.

If you were to brighten up his eyes in 1 and 3 you'd have a couple of good shots.

Here is a quick re-edit with some iris exposure increase and some dodge/burn to kill some shadow. Much better?

I think the poses are great, and the exposure is fine. Just watch what is in your background when you place him and take the shot. There are steel posts coming and going at or near him, and in #2 a post appears to go straight up from his head. Move him or you just a bit one way or the other and they'd be improved. Overall, great stuff!
