What do you guys think? they arnt photoshoped fully yet.I want to do a better job of dodge and burn.Any advise is appreciated.Thank you

I don't see what you would dodge or burn. Your subject looks nicely exposed, at least to me. Number 3 is killer.

I like #4 best because subject works in well with background. #3 has lots of distractions, #2 would be nice with the power line removed and a bit of fill light on the subject. #1 works well but pose is not as nice as others.

Sweeeet, this reminded me ofa ballet portrait on the bridge I did while ago...

I also don't understand what you dodge and burn here. All good here except number 2, bit underexposed for my taste.
Number 3 is my fav!
