I've added a few new things to the bag over the past month and I think it's time for a bigger bag. I'm currently using a Lowepro Fastpack 350 and it holds all my gear until I want to take the 70-200 of the body and store the body with another lens in the bag.

Any suggestions on something that is a little more versatile? I'd like something around the same size so I can carry it on flights.

I usually have in my bag.

Canon 6D with Grip
17-40 4
24-105 4 IS
70-200 2.8 IS II
Sigma 35 1.4
430 EXII
AA battery cartridge for the grip
AA batteries
A Couple filters
iPad or 13" Macbook Pro
Wallet
Phone
Cigarettes
Passport

Would love some suggestions and pictures of real use if you have them.

Take a look at F Stop bags in that case. Some of the best out there in terms of versatility, quality and comfort.

I just read the other thread below which has someone pretty much in exactly the same position as me. I read the review in your sig and then checked out the website. I think a large pro series ICU and the Loka will the perfect solution.

Now I just need to find a stockist in Australia.

Thanks for the heads up.

They only sell through their website AFAIK. Shipping charges are very reasonable though, at $5.

I just tried to buy through their site and the shipping was $300! I found some old references to an Australian distributor but I don't think he's still doing it.

$300 shipping? Perhaps you are choosing the wrong option? Their live help is online at the moment, try having a chat with them. I have my stuff from them shipped US-Hong Kong, surely US-Aus would not cost $295 more.

It's all good there was just another drop down box for other shipping options. The $300 was for the three UPS options.

The only problem now is they are out of stock of the large pro ICU's!

Glad to hear it isn't crazy shipping to Aus :)

Try asking them for a large slope ICU. Those are brand new and aren't even available on the site yet, so I doubt they're out of stock. The slope means you can fit a gripped body at the bottom, but you save space at the top:

Sweet. You've got all the answers, they should be giving you commission.

I had a look at the think tank Tri guy but I prefer the style of the f stop bags. They do look like they would also do what I want though.

They should!

I just know all this because I tend to research a lot before buying expensive stuff, and I recently ordered a new bag from them :)

All good, I went through the options on their web store rather than just using the buy link from the product information page and it says they have stock.

Just placed my order for the Foliage Green Loka with Large Pro ICU.
