Just make it F4 and be done with it. And 18 is a bit long for a UWA on FF I would want to see at least a 16mm or 17mm. And NO IS? I know everybody says you don't need IS in these, but I would use it a lot. Dark venue wide shot at 18mm, then 4 stops of IS would be very helpful. FeedBack

Presumably this is a lower cost one to go with the 24-85 f3.5-4.5. They would have made some cuts to keep it a certain price. Taylor
