Great shot-combines a great photo with a little avian humor. I always try to use these posts for a little birding practice, especially when species are pictured which I seldom see. Is this a Laughing Gull?

Thanks cavuken. From what I found, I think it is a young Laughing Gull. It was on a walkway at the New Orleans Riverwalk along the Mississippi River. Maybe someone else can help?
