So I set off on my weekly real estate job... I had 4 houses to do it one day

5 minutes into my first shoot.. I get "Communication between lens and camera is faulty, clean contact lens"... WTF

So I ignored it and kept going. By the end of the day, it was happening every 2nd shot. My exposure settings seemed to have no impact on the picture and seemed happen more when using a flash.. strange.. often at times te shutter would stay open for 1 sec when I had it set at 1/100

I bumbled my way through the day and the pictures came out decent enough, but damn was it annoying.. I have cleaned the metal contacts with a damp cloth but doesnt seem to work.. Any ideas?

I am using a 5d2 and a 17-40L
