This is a good example of checking the histogram (even though we can see the whites are not white) but I bet the histogram shows all grey / middle values and to the left. You should have over exposed by a stop minimum.

If you have the Raw file, you can improve this a lot - it is a good capture.

Just needed a little curves and fill light/clarity. Easy fix. Basically since your subject is the girl, and not the snow, you have to decide to blow out the snow to make sure the girl is properly exposed. Spot metering or using +1 or +1.5 EC in snow is a good idea. If It was my own, I might try to preserve a little detail in the snow and fine-tune the color balance a bit.
