Help in medellin colombia!

Just got to Colombia, and it appears a baggage handler decided he was in need of my somewhat inexpensive manfrotto tripod and ballhead which I travel with, lost between Costa Rica and medellin.

I have access to another one here from a friend but his is missing the QR plate.

Anyone know of a place where I can purchase a QR plate in medellin?

I called a few places with zero luck.
