Hi,
After a long hiatus I have rediscovered photography
I have a Rebel XT and a reasonable collection of lenes to support my interests.
I like to shoot landscapes, street candids, and my favorite subject...my grandkids.
I made the attached shot at the Manassas Battlefield a few Saturdays ago. To the left is Rickett's Battery and to the right is the woodline from which the Confederates made their charge to capture the battery and the high ground.
I took this shot early in the morning a a cold and cloudly day. The thing I like best about the Canon as it faithfully captures just what the eye sees.
I used my 24-70mm f/2.8 EF L with the following settings: f/11, ISO 200, 1/500th, and 32 mm.
I welcome comments and hope to become a regular contributor to this forum...it is the best
Thanks,
Jim
