Harrier Having Lunch

We've had an extended cold san and most of the small lake at a nearby park was almost completely frozen over. I was lucky to find this Harrier having lunch (Mallard I think) out on the ice not too far from shore. The day before I made a quick stop there and saw a Peregrine make a few passes. It's possible that the Harrier poached this meal.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure it was a Mallard, based on the orange legs and the fact that there are several hundred of them there.
