Thoughts on 24-105mm kit lens

canon called the lens back due to some causing a strange flair in certian shot's ,some people could not get there lens to do it even when they tried, the new lense's shoud be fine its used than have not been sent back that will still have the problem.

The production problem has been corrected and all lenses with a date code stamp greater that UT10xx are fine. Also the box they come in has a small blue dot on the side. It is a great lens...the perfect 'every day' lens (unless you talk to someone with the 24-70)!!
