I have dust inside the camera, not on the mirror or the sensor, but on the (bare with me) piece that has the focus points. When you take the lens off, look inside the camera toward the viewfinder, there is dust. I used the hand blower, no luck. Moves it around, but wont blow it off. Can I wipe it with a micro cloth?

I would not advise touching the fresnel lens (Focusing Screen) with anything but air from a hand blower. It is made of plastic and can be damaged very easy.

You're right to take Wolfs advice the focusing screen is very delicate.

I have one small spot on the focusing screen. After a while you'll forget about it ( unless it's mega ).
It doesn't bother me anymore, in fact your post reminded me that it's still there. :)

After blowing furiously with a hand blower and finding out it just won't budge I decided to just live with the two spots on mine. In fact I gave them names and I say hello to them everytime I look through my viewfinder. :)

I made the silly mistake of trying to clean mine on my A2 a few years back. Scrathed it all to crap... last time I stuck my paws inside a camera...
