This has to be (or at least used to be) one of the busiest and most crowded public golf courses in SoCal. Let me introduce you to La Mirada Golf Course in LA County. I know it looks quite empty, but it was already late in the afternoon right before Superbowl.

Well, it's not too bad for its price and location. It's maintained quite well, short and fun, but usually takes a good 5 hours minimum to complete 18 holes due to its popularity. I would rate the fun factor comparable to courses like Brookside, Diamond Bar, San Dimas, Moutain Meadows, and few other American Golf managed public courses.

Check it out if you haven't played here. It's at least worth a try.

I shot the Legends Golf Tournament this past weekend for the paper. The sun was horrible but I managed to get a few.
