I don't think I would have been able to get quite this type of result just using Aperture.

Looks great.
Photoshop is a wonderful thing.
What you can do today compared to the film days
of decades ago is astounding. Almost no limit to imagination.

Tell me that's where you live!

I wish. North Carolina at the moment, seeing any number starting with 2 is a big deal here. I used to live in upstate NY, so I am enjoying a few days of nostalgia with the freezing temps here.

Nice work! I picked up my copy of Photoshop CS6 for a song. I was a student and I get the full version at the student rate. More than half off the regular price.

Nat, pretty nice, HDR (or was it "blending"?) can be very effective with that type of thing.

I'm the stubborn type and tend to wrestles with my shots in Lightroom, but you did well there!
