Bit of an abstract shot. I've done a lot of post on this image to bring the sharpness up in the eye, but it is one shot, no layers, no HDR. Comments welcome.

There is blue where blue should not be like on the white of the eye. Also I would get rid of the dirt on the face as this is a distraction since you clearly want the eye to be the main focal point.
