Kinda intimidated by posting this up since there are so many great shots here and I'm not a bird guy, but this shot has been getting some good attention on FB and in another thread.

Don't be intimidated, that is a great catch! You rarely see shots of them searching the ground for prey.

Nice details in the owl, and I like the subtle horizon line. Intentional or not it works with the image.
