Just trying to learn studio lighting. This is with one flash camera left looking down through a shoot through umbrella, 43" reflector in my lap, 22" reflector hand held to my right. Two constant lights behind me for separation.

#1 has a special feel to it, an unique and excellent photo.
I like #4 also, her facial expression is eerily "adult" for a child.

these where all shot with canon 135mm f2L @ f4 lighting was gridded dish as main and 2 2x3 softboxes on each side and slightly behind clients pointed at the client... then one gridded light for the background..

A lot of people in this thread really need to dial back the processing on the eyes. Too many of them look over white, flat and entirely unnatural :(

This was shot in natural light, but with a 1.8m umbrella between the sun and the subject. It's quickly becoming my favourite light modifier for quick and simple shots.
