My first HDR

I gotta a show coming up in my shop in March and will be doing HDR stuff and here is my first couple any comments or critique is muchly appreciated.

Sorry but i think you overcooked both images to a point where they turned into an utter mess and rather unpleasant to look at, not to mention that both images have a pretty solid snapshot feel to them. I took a peek at your flickr and your other images are much more pleasing, I'd leave these out of your portfolio for the sake of keeping the quality of it consistant.

start over. These are not high dynamic range. They are muddy looking and very unpleasing to my eyes.

Is this the look you are going for?

The majority of the people will say it's over cooked. I agree with the previous comments, try going easy on the sliders and remember HDR doesn't work in all scenarios.

Kind of trying to go for a Terry Gilliam/Brazil/City of lost children kinda thing. I did thesse of businesses that I know the owners of (and they seemed to love em) but they don't know anything lol:) thanks for critique and like I said these were my first ones still figure some stuff out.

As always, the bottom line is whatever makes them happy, just be prepared for the photography communities to not like em.
