Hey All,

I recently purchase a used 5Dc off of here and i noticed that when looking through the viewfinder, the enternal exposure meter in the viewfinder is getting partially blocked by something. if i look straight into it, theres a horizontal line going through the exposure info and if i move my eye position a bit higher in the view finder i can see the entire line of exposure information. any idea what is blocking this? I'm not sure if the seller took the body apart or something is broke or misalgined. everything works perfectly fine in terms of focusing, metering, etc...

It's probably just a fragment of hair that's got in there, the camera is probably fine. I had a small bug got into the viewfinder of my 5Dc and it was really distracting watching it run around while I am composing a shot. Fortunately it found it's way out again too.

If it doesn't bother you too much, just ignore it. If it really does bother you, check out you tube for a tutorial on cleaning out the viewfinder. It won't affect your images at all.
