I used to use a program that found all pictures on one's computer. I forget the name. It was a free program. Can anyone help?

Picasa does something like that as well, and will find faces and such to help you organize.

Sony also has an indexing program that searches your hard drive, it comes with their P&S cameras... but I forget the name.

If you are just trying to locate all the photos....Windows Media Player will find them for you.
