MS image suite 2006 vs photoshop?

Has anyone used microsoft Image suite 2006? Is it as good as photoshop CS2 ?


Canon 1DM4,7D, Rebel XT
580 EX II, 430 EX II
Canon 70-200mm IS II L , Canon 85mm F1.2 L II, Canon macro 100mm F/2.8, 18-55mm kit
Sigma 18-200mm F/3.5-5.6, Sigma 10-22mm, Sigma 50mm F/1.4

Ill assume your being serious when your asking this.

Its a basic imaging suite that does nothing near what photoshop is capeable of, however many photoshop functions are easier.

I am serious about the question. I got image suite for free. I have to get photoshop.

Simply put, MS is for those who don't want a steep learing curve and don't want to be bother learning much but want decent enough touch up print or upload to the web. CS2 is an advance SW that requires a lot of time and patience to learn. I been working on it for over a year now and I know less then 10% of the capablity of this SW. If you want a fair comparison to MS then try Photoshop Element. Even then it might be at a disadvantage.
