Has anyone used microsoft Image suite 2006? Is it as good as photoshop CS2 ?

CS2 is an advance SW that requires a lot of time and patience to learn. I been working on it for over a year now and I know less then 10% of the capablity of this SW. If you want a fair comparison to MS then try Photoshop Element. Even then it might be at a disadvantage.
