just an interesting note

this is with the flash with H mode OFF
5d mk2 + yn622c with manual mode and hi-speed sync - fastest i can sync is 1/160. manual mode with first curtain sync i can do 1/200

in ettl mode and hi-speed sync i can sync 1/200

is it wierd that manual and ettl the max sync speed is different when its set to hss?

Thanks all! And yes Adam, you need that 3rd light :). 1 360 and 2 180's has been a great setup for me but I've only had them a couple months; the 180's get most of the use but the 360 is nice to have. Next spring / summer when I start shooting outside a lot again I'll have to re-evaluate if just the single 360 is enough.
