The modeling light is about twice as bright as the quadra

I will do a full video of all my testing and a side by side comparison to the quadra. I will post it in a new thread so its not effecting the 360 thread

Great news, the quadra light was useable, so I 'm guessing the 600 modeling light will may be a better option for studio lighting!

Hello,
I have a conundrum on a studio light kit decision.
I am an experienced amateur, have way too many 580EXII lights.
And too many small softboxes and modifiers for the speedlights.
I would also like to try outside lighting with an ND filter, etc.
I have been longing for a big ol' studio type lighting kit for quite some time.
Well, now is the time.
I have been looking at the Einstein system, looks really nice.
The Elinchrom Quadras are appealing too.
Though, I am intrigued by the CL360 kit also.
I am aware that it has less output, as I am an avid reader of this great thread.
However, With the imminent(?) release of a CL600, should I wait for this?

Looking for some guidance of experienced users who perhaps have used an Einstein and the CL products.
Thanks!

I would suggest waiting for the CL-600 if you don't have an immediate need for a more powerful strobe.
